Hi all

The upgrade from Snow Leopard to Lion is free for all of them, who bought a new Mac after the WWDC 2011 (right?).

So my question is - if I load all my data (music, videos, documents, etc.) on my new iMac, and download in a couple of weeks Lion, will my data and settings etc. still be there? Or do I have to reinstall it all over again? In this case it would be smarter to wait and do all the stuff after updating.

Thanks for your answers (it's my first Mac) :)

All your files and personal settings and music and ... will be still there after the UPDATE, during which none of your personal data gets deleted.
