Update to latest EL CAPITAN

I just updated my macbook pro (newest to date) and after i did that i started to encounter safari crashes and stutter and lags. is there i a way to go back to the previous update prior to this one

Sometimes incremental updates (from 10.11.2 to 10.11.3) via software update get a bit foozled. Try downloading and installing the Combo Updater: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1859?locale=en_US instead and see if that solves your problem, before trying a downgrade.
