update to Lion with 4 partitions

Hello,
I have currently those partitions on my macbook pro:

disk 1 partition 1: HFS Snow Leopard
disk 1 partition 2: NTFS Windows 7 (Boot Camp)

disk 2 partition 1: HFS data partition
disk 2 partition 2: NTFS data partition


is there something I should know before updating to Lion ? Will the upgrade preserve my other partitions ?
