Update to MacOS 15.1 –>not enough space –>boot screen turns black after 50%

dear all,

i just started to upgrade yesterday evening and got a message that I don’t have enough space (why doesn‘t tell me that before installing). i turned off the screen and now the boot screen goes black at ca 50–60%..... can not start my laptop anymore

i have no backup as I already had problems with the time machine after upgrading to 15.0....

i saw somewhere that you can delete the biggest file over terminal but don’t find it anymore....

any help out there?
