Update to Monterey creates Airserver problems. Help?

Hi. Until last week, I had been using the Airserver app to screen-mirror a 2016 MacBook Pro (running Monterey) to a 27" late-2015 iMac (running Big Sur). However, after last week's required security update to Monterey 12.5.1 for both machines, AirServer no longer works -- when I click on Screen Mirroring in the MacBook's Control Panel, I no longer see the iMac in the list of available devices. Any idea where the problem might be? AirServer's CS has not been helpful. Thanks!
