Update?? Update what

Hi all

Got the mini & have the latest OS system. For some unknown reason I'm getting the little red 1 to tell me there's an update, but have been into the software eric & can't find it

It's driving me mad & I even reset the iPad back to factory settings & reinstalled everything

I enclose a pic of my home screen or will when I can work out how to post a screen shot!!!

Any help would be appreciated!!!

If it said up to date, try a hard reset ( hold home + power button until apple logo shows up)

It looks like you're not new to Apple, but here's what you should have in your Settings.

P.S. Did you try updating through iTunes? If you used iTunes, maybe OTA.....

No, I've been through everything on 'General' & can't find anything wrong??
