Updated App Remains Listed as Needing to Be Updated

Confusing title to a simple issue. I recently updated iPhoto to 9.4.1 but the Appstore still shows a notification for it, indicating it needs to be updated. When I go to view available updates it's shown there but greyed out and says its installed. Anyway to fix this? I've noticed its pending has affected boot times...

Macbook Air 2012 running Mountain Lion 10.8.2
