Updated Apps not showing on Apple Watch

I updated some apps on my phone eg, yelp, robinhood etc and now it is not shwoing on the apple watch.
I have turned off both devices and turned it back on but its still not showing.
These apps are still available in the apple watch app store.
Any ideas??

Have you tried going into the Watch app on iPhone and unchecking/checking Show App on Apple Watch?
