Updated iPhone 4 to iOS5, not really THAT different, is Siri the big difference?

Dad has an iphone4 on ATT updated tonight to ios5 and its not THAT different besides the notification center being the biggest difference and cloud stuff which was long overdue. So on the new 4s I have coming tomorrow for the whole family and being my first iPhone, the biggest difference really is Siri? Im Curious

Difference between the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4s? It's a hell of a lot faster.

Siri is still more like a US thing at this stage, so yes, iPhone 4S is just a speed bump for most people outside US at least.

I missed what you were asking. As far as I know, Siri is the only software difference between the two, but I could be wrong about that.
