Updated iPhone, Backed it up, Backup File nowhere to be found

I just upgraded to iOS 5. Itunes backed up my iphone, my harddrive lost about 10 gig to the backup leaving me with 6 gig on my harddrive. I was going to transfer the backup somewhere else but i couldn't find it. Tried to look for it in ~/library/application support/mobilesync/backup , and its not there.

Any ideas?

Is it not in the list of options when you select "Restore from backup"?

When you backup your iphone to icloud is there a website where I can log into on my computer to view everything backed up in icloud?
