iPhone SE (2020) Updated iPhone. Now I can't use it.

I updated my SE 2020. The magnification is stuck on. I can't get to anything to shut it off, and can't power down the phone to fix it. I can't shut it off because when I hold the power key, I only see "Cancel", and can't slide to power off. I can't get to that part by scrolling, either, because the zoom is so extreme. Open to any advice, thank you.

Quickly tap the screen twice with three fingers held together. It will zoom back out.
When it’s zoomed in you can move the display by dragging three fingers on the screen.
