Updated itunes on windows 7 but now wont open at all.

Hi guys,

only yesterday i downloaded the new update to itunes on my windows 7 laptop but now it just doesnt start at all, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarting the laptop, playing about with both my security things and even going back in time.
After all that still doesnt open at all, just thinks about it and then nothing.
Any info would be great!
