after updating to 0.9.3995.all of the nightmares associated with a new jailbreak,are gone!! this includes respiring and reboot loop,apps that crash,and apps that did not work.My Wi caused a constant reboot loop that required a re-jailbreak.only after updating to 0.9.3995, it works perfectly!
