Updated Siri Voices for Japanese?

I know that iOS 7 has updated voices for English but is japanese also included? Japanese sounds robotic right now. Also, on a fresh install of iOS 7 beta 5, the english voice is robotic as well. Do I have to wait for them to update? I heard on the forum that it downloads a voice pack in the background? Thanks. Just wondering because on beta 4 I had the new voices and then when I clean installed beta 5 they disappeared.
