I'm trying to help out a friend. Yesterday she updated the operating system on her iPad and when it was finished she had lost all her notes. Could someone explain to me how to get them back or where they reside on the iPad? Is there a way to see the hard drive and the various folders on an iPad by plugging it into a mac or pc and using iTunes? I hope I am asking the right questions.
