Updated to 1.1.1 now my memory is gone!

I just updated to 1.1.1 using the Independence 1.2.3 and its now jailbroken and activated and everything seems fine, but the only problem that I have is when I installed the installer on it it shows me 61.1 MB of space instead of 130 MB, and some of my app won't even uninstall. Is there anyway that I could restore my iphone so that It would clear all the apps and videos and songs that I have on the iphone but not put my iphone where I have to jailbreak and activate again?

Any advice would be appreciated.
