updated to 10.6.3 and magic mouse losing connection

I have one imac with a wireless mighty mouse and one with a magic mouse. Upgraded both to 10.6.3 and the magic mouse loses its connection every time the imac goes to sleep. It reconnects after power up but you can't wake the machine using the mouse just the keyboard. Often the bluetooth assistant comes on on wake up and other times the imac just says connection lost until it sorts itself out. Anyone have any ideas? Many thanks.
