Updated to 11C57 an now can't empty trash can

as title states upon updating to 11C57 I now can't empty my trash can. It just sits pending on end stating the amount of file that are to be deleted.

I have restarted the machine, power cycled, ect.

I'd go ahead and try this link for a fix.

In terminal type:

sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/*
