Updated to 3.0, iPhone is now displaying Arabic?

So I updated my iPhone to 3.0 and now the default language is NOT English but Arabic? Can anyone give me a step by step to select ENGLISH - Obviously I can't read and select the language I want. Thanks.

Settings -> General (same as settings icon)-> International (4th Item in the 4th Box) -> Language (1st item)
