Updated to 4.2.1 Restored from JB Backup lost all my apps

So I got the phone to Update and Restored from backup. now all my apps are gone. Where did all my appdata go?

Same thing just happened to me. Anyway to fix?

Did you use AptBackup or PkgBackup? The data is stored in your iPhone backup in iTunes...

Your appstore app data should have restored from your backup.
