Updated to 7.1 now, I can't plug phone into MacBook

I updated my iPhone 4S to iOS 7.1 OTA when it came out, and I've just gone to plug it into my MacBook Air and its constantly doing this:

There are no loose cables at all and before iOS 7.1 it was fine. Anyone else having this problem?

Do you have the latest version of iTunes? Just a thought.

Is the device trusted? Maybe a backup/restore will help.
