Updated to E1 Capitan，routing table is correct ,but cann’t access the network where connect to a spe

Can't access the Internet any more when updated the OS to the E1 Capitan.It worked correctly before. Now web authentication is successful,connection is ok,but can't surf the net.
1、Default route in the routing table is correct

2、ping gateway is successful

3、tracerout failed

4、ping google server failed

No problem when connetct to other WiFi network and connetct to the same one using other windows PC.
Anyone know this???Thx a lot!
