Updated to iOS11, iTunes still thinks 10.3

Updated an iPhone 6 to iOS11 via iTunes with a cable. Update went smoothly with no issues, however when plugged back into iTunes it thinks the phone is still on 10.3 and offers to update to 11. Clearly, the phone is running 11, and Settings > General > About shows Version 11.0 (15A372).

Any idea how this can happen? Should I accept the update to 11 even though the phone is already on it? I assume it will reinstall it?
