What do I do? All the songs are still in the music folder... I tried right clicking on them to locate other songs but it seems to only work 1 album at a time? How can I view a list of all missing songs?

Are they missing as in they have grey exclamation marks by the title?

To get a list of missing tracks in iTunes 12:

  1. Select the "Songs" view from the drop down list at the top right of the window.
  2. Select all tracks.
  3. Right click and select "New Playlist from Selection" (the new playlist should automagically include only tracks without the exclamation mark).
  4. Create a new smart playlist (plus button in bottom left corner).
  5. Set the rule for the smart playlist as "Playlist is not {playlist}" where {playlist} is the name of the new playlist you made (this smart playlist will then only contain not found tracks).
  6. You may need to add "Media Kind is Music" if you have other media types in your library.

Then you'll be able to see all your missing tracks in one place.
