So three days ago, I went into my Photos on my MacBook Pro and there was NOTHING there. I couldn’t even find them in iCloud. I had photos dating back to 2004!!! 😱 So I did a Google search and apparently this sometimes happens when you update to Ventura, which I did a couple weeks ago. Thankfully, about 5 months ago I started doing monthly backups of our main Macs, and I followed recommendations and did a backup just before updating to Ventura. This morning, I was able to restore my Photo Library. It took 3 minutes. I am SO thankful for Time Machine, and for finally taking precautions that should always be taken before updating.🥰
