I updated yesterday to iOS 10 on the iPhone and Watch OS 3 on the watch over night. It took a long time, and now I can't find any of the apps I had, the upgrade apparently isn't over?

All I get is the 'Battery/airplane/quiet/DND/ping/lock' single app showing. No activity, no Weather Channel, nothing...

I tried uninstalling an app and reinstalling it, and so far, nothing. It, and everything else says 'Installed'.

Frustrating isn't the word...

Is there something 'magic' to get the apps to show up? Do I need to reset the darn thing?

Thanks for any help...

Looks like someone is confusing apps with Glances. Glances is no longer a part of the OS. You use the Dock instead. Just push the Digital Crown and you can see all your Apps. Just open them and load then into the Dock (up to 10).

Glances? Dock?

I have to read a manual? :(

So Apple moved the cheese? Why? It was perfect right where it was!

To me, that's like Microsoft killing the Start menu. WHY???? :(:(:(

Thanks. I didn't know that. I wonder why they killed Glances. So helpful, they were...

Because Glances were limited versions of the apps, confusing to people (as you confuse them with the apps) and redundant. The Dock is much better solution with full apps and dynamic updating and easily accessed.

Okay, I can understand it, but why require people to relearn the process, and not just make 'glances' THE way to use the Watch?

Odd...
