Updated Windows 7 to 10 in bootcamp and my mouse is acting funny. Help!

So at first after the upgrade the mouse didn't work at all. I figured out how to navigate the menus with the keyboard and get the trackpad to work, but it is quite sluggish and unresponsive. Is this normal?
