Updates for iPhone Apps that i don't even have anymore keep appearing!

Hey,

It says i have 3 updates available, so i download them, and it's all fine updating the apps that i DO have on my iPhone.

Then it says at the bottom '6 iTunes Downloads Available' so i click it, and it shows up 3 more downloads (updates) for apps that i deleted a while ago (on my iTunes and Mac), and they keep coming back even though i am deleting the download!


How do i get rid, i don't want to download those frickin updates when i don't even have to app for it anymore!!

Delete the Apps from iTunes.

Have you not just read, i don't have the app anymore but it keeps giving me updates!

Is the App in your trash, just curious because it happened to me and turned out the app was in my trash. I realize you said you no longer had it, but people often hit delete and forget the item is still "around".

No, it is not in the trash, i always empty it.

Nowhere in your original post does it explicitly state you deleted it from iTunes on your Mac. Did you delete the apps from iTunes' "Apps" menu on your Mac?

Nowhere in your original post does it explicitly state you deleted it from iTunes on your Mac. Did you delete the apps from iTunes' "Apps" menu on your Mac?

Yes, the app has gone from iTunes and it's also deleted off my mac.
(when i deleted it it asked would you like to delete item and send to trash, i selected yes).
