Updates I don't want

(10.7.5) I haven't had a Canon printer in several years, but when I check for updates, "it" keeps wanting to update said printer. I don't see Canon when I go to Applications, pretty sure I deleted it, but if I search using 'spotlight', it does show a Canon folder in Applications. How do I fully delete all Canon printer related apps/folders etc?
