Updates in app store now phone is unresponsive

As the title says... the phone wont do anything

Info:

iphone 4
iOS 5.1

i can boot it from redsn0w but the phone does nothing.

Any ideas would be great

"phone won't do anything" is impressively unhelpful in diagnosing the issue... Is it stuck at the apple/pineapple logo? Is the springboard frozen? Is the screen lot up, but black? Just off? Give us a little more to go on & we'll figure it out.
