Updates NOT in English, they are un Russian!

Strangest thing ... my auto Apple updates for Windows are in Russian! I am running bootcamp and Windows XP. Through Safri auto-updates runs periodically. When the dialogue box appears it is in Russian. I've studied the langauge and have installed the Russian language package. I've also installed a few language programs that I got while in Russia. But, I can think of nothing that would cause ONLY my Apple updates to default to Russian.

Any ideas? I'd like the defalut to be English!
