iPhone Updates shows up, but no longer available

I seen few updates today, so I went to update my apps. However, I could not update 2 of the apps. Tells me that the app is no longer available. What does that even mean? If the app is no longer available, then why there is update showing up?

Does anyone encountered same problem?

Sometimes it means the update information just came in but the installation file itself hasn't spread around the App Store servers. It will usually work fine after a little time (sometimes a few hours or so).
