updating 3GS to 4.3 with 06.15 BB

Hey guys,

I have an 3gs running 4.2.1 with the iPad 06.15 Baseband and I am wondring if i will be able to update to 4.3 ?
does anyone tried this ?

Don't yet. Wait a good couple of weeks after the next iDevice software update.

i tried it. no luck with pwnage and custom ipsw. back to 4.2.1

iOS 4.3 has to be jailbroken to support your BB, wait a while before updating.

You didnt read the warning and instructions before you installed the ipad BB?
You will not be able to restore to stock firmware any more.
All you can do is restore to custom JB IPSW's.
That's it.

I feel so sorry for people who actually put the iPad baseband on their phones. I don't think the dev team should ever have even allowed that to happen. It's just such a losing proposition.

I agree.
Seemed like a desperate move and not usually like the stuff that they put out.
Maybe they will offer a rollback BB hack or something that puts an official baseband on the phone.

well it was either that or use their iphones as an ipod touch.
