Updating A-Data SP550 firmware

I got a brand new A-Data SP550 in my MacBook Pro Early 2011. It needs a firmware update from 0703 to 0803, but the vendor is only giving a Linux version of software update which needs to be installed from bootable pendrive which is ... unbootable on a Mac :(

I've tried upgrading via CentOS live CD, but the update program just freezes.

How to resolve this ?
