iOS Updating Apps and changing category

Hey Ya'll,

When I update an App and am uploading to iTunes, can I change the category from what I originally put? (So if I had the app in Entertainment originally, and then when updating selected the Education category, will Apple approve that switch??)

Yes.
I've done it before. (I originally submitted an app to "Utility", later decided that was mistake and during a bug fix release I changed the category to "Social Networking".)

Your app will need to be reviewed before the change of category takes place. Apple will verify that your app fits its new category.
