Updating apps error

I updated my 3 apps for my Iphone while i was updating i lost my internet connection and made my 3 apps with the title "Waiting" and i cant use that 3 application..is there someway i can cancel the update?
i tried deleting it but it wont let me on Iphone and in Itunes.
