Updating Apps in iTunes

Hey everyone,

So, I go into my iTunes, click Apps on the left then click "check for updates" on the bottom right.

Usually it'll sit there think for a while and tell me i have updates, as of lately (last 2 days) you can see the loading bar (on the top middle) come up for a 1/2 a second then disappear. Nothing is getting updated!

Help please!
