Updating August 2007 macbookpro

So as you can see by the title i am updating my macbook pro. I really dont just want to get a new one what I want to do is keep my laptop but upgrade its graphics from nvidia GeForce 8600M GT to ("NVIDIA GeForce 9400M + 9600M GT with 512MB.") I also want to speed it from 2.2 giga heartz to 2.4.
I have a few question that i hope you guys can answer them. Here they are:
Can these upgrades happen? If they can how can I upgrade them? Also Where can I get these upgrades? How much Will it cost?
Hopefully with macrumors and there user you guys can answer these questions.

There is 100% absolutely no way to update an older MBP to the current spec.

Going from 2.2 GHz to 2.4 isn't going to be much of a difference (except rendering large chunks of data, where minutes are vital).
As for the graphics card, I don't think that is possible, as the part is soldered (like the CPU) to the logic board, and besides that the old chipset won't support the new card.

But you could look at ifixit.com, if they have any way of doing it.

PS: a quick internet search (Yahoo, Google) will reveal that it is impossible to do.
