When I try and turn my MacBook off, a message appears saying "caches necessary for booting are being updated. System shutdown will proceed once the caches are up to date."
I left my MacBook all night and all day whilst I was at work and it hasn't changed, or turned off. My keyboard also is not working either.
I've tried re-installing my mac os installation disks (since they're the only disks I have) but the cd rom seems to not be acknowledging the CDs and keeps ejecting them.
Help would be greatly appreciated as I have important uni work I need to continue.
Thanks!
