Every time iTunes tells me to update my carrier setting i click OK and then it does it and next time i plug in it come up again i don't know what to do thanks

Your carrier may update it's software often? I wouldn't worry about it anyway.
It's got you pretty fired up huh...... Deep breath..... deeeeeeep breath. It'll be ok. Good luck with fixing the issue.
