Updating El Capitan Issue

Hi I've been trying to update my Mac to the newest beta release since I installed the beta software 2hrs ago and for some reason I can't install it in the Mac AppStore. So I tried Terminal and I'm running into a error shown in the pic below I followed the tutorial linked below. Could anyone help me fix this issue?
