Updating error: "network connection could not be established" help pls.

hey guys, 2 hrs before work i wanted to try and get ios5 up and running.
when i plug in and try to upgrade i get the following error.
(note: i upgraded this morning to 4.3.5 not jailbroken, and i just upgraded the mac osx update issued this morning to acompany ios5).
