Updating from 10.7.5

Anyone tried updating from 10.7.5? Does it work well? Any issues? There are some machines running 10.7.5 I would like to upgrade (though most of the machines I manage are running 10.8.5).

I upgraded a MBP running SL using my developer build of Mavericks and it runs perfectly smooth. I would assume that you will have no problems, Apple would have tested this thoroughly before releasing it.
