Updating from Beta to Public Release

Hey, since I can't get my hands on the GM and I'm on Beta 6 can I update from Beta 6 to Public release on the 18th from iTunes or OTA or do I have to download an ISPW? Thank you

Okay so I have to get out of the beta loop to either the GM or public release, thanks for the quick response.
