updating i4 to 4.2.1

hi

i ve posted several threads regarding to restore my i4. but couldnt find any solution. so i decided to update it to 4.2.1 and wait for the unlock. but when i tried to update in DFU mod (otherwise itunes cannot detect the device) the process starts smoothly and starts downloading and after several minutes it shows only the apple logo instead of itunes logo.

what should i do to update 4.2.1
