Updating iPhone Original from 2.0.1 to 3.1.3

Hello All,

I would like to update my iPhone Original from 2.0.1 to 3.1.3 but these conditions exists.

I am using a Mac with OS X 10.6.4 with iTunes 10.0

The Mac I am using is not the original Mac that the iPhone was associated with,

I would so love that my Phonebook/Addressbook on the iPhone overwrite the one on my Mac.

I would like to preserve the missed/made calls, Notes, SMS and email.

Any ideas would be most welcome.
