Updating iPhoto

My HD got fried last week. Had to get a new HD and start from scratch.

So I reinstalled iPhoto from the original CD that came with my Macbook and noticed that it is version 6.0. Is there a way to download the newest version of iPhoto? If so where is the best place to do that? And is it free?

Nope. You have to buy the new iPhoto with iLife '08.
