hey,

I have a late 2008 model, 15" 2.8GHz Macbook Pro running software version 10.6.8.
At the moment the MBP has 4GB (2x 2GB) of DDR3 RAM running at 1067 MHz and I just wanted to know if it'd be possible to upgrade to these; http://www.amazon.co.uk/memory-upgrades-1067Mhz-Macbook-laptop/dp/B004TQGF1E

As far as I can see, it should be ok but some websites say that the late 2008 MBP only supports 6GB of RAM, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my money.

Any help would be great, thanks
