hi, new to mac and am thinking about getting a macbook. probably a stupid question but if i get it now with Mac OS 10.4.6 will i be able to update to 10.4.7 via downloads?

The easiest way is the following.
1. Click on the Blue (Or Gray if you changed the color) Apple in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
2. Click on Software Update
Additionally, you can Spotlight "Software Update" and it'll come up.
