Updating my quad core

I am looking at updating the vid card in my quad core... is the GeForce 8800 with 512 ram still the best upgrade option?

For games. The Radeon 3870 is better for pro apps.

I will mostly be using it for WoW.... so i guess the best gaming card.... is what i am looking for opions on..

8800 GT then... but any iMac would have played WoW just as well.

yeah and WoW works great on the current set up but I am also upgrading the ram and adding some more hard drives so I figured I would double the ram on the video card as well.. I don't use the pro that much since i mostly game on the laptop but i finally put the machine in a convient location hence the upgrading it..
